Responsible for project execution, design and management, planning and development, construction documentation and construction administration. Projects included Federal and State tax-credit funded historic restoration, single and multifamily residential development and rehabilitation, commercial development and Accessibility consultation with both civic and private interests including the YMCA, Busch Stadium and the Federal Department of Justice.

Responsibilities included carpentry, stone design and fabrication. I engaged in a broad spectrum of the building trades at various levels of execution on both residential and commercial development projects.
